Hi Panalists! THANK YOU for all the help with all my?'s. Traveling with my Bro& his wife for their 1st Anni @ POR. Can I decorate their room or ask for a gift I bring to be delivered aftr check in? trying to save $ w/o using the Disney Celebration Srv

Hi Jocelyn! What a sweet gesture to want to make your brother's anniversary trip even more special then just being at Walt Disney World!

You can certainly ask the Bell Staff at the resort to deliver any gifts you might bring to your brother's room once they have checked in. They do not do this unless they have been checked in as there are often last minute room changes. Gifts can get lost if this happens and I am sure you would not want that to happen to your special surprise. When you check in yourself just mention what you have in mind and the front desk cast members can assist you to the correct procedure.

Decorating his room will be a bit more difficult. If your name is not on the reservation then they will not be able to provide you access to the room. If it is a connecting room and you both choose to keep the door open between them they you could do this when they are gone. But Disney cannot let you into a room and you can understand this is for guest safety. Perhaps you can quietly make up a reason to "borrow" his key for a few minutes for something and then decorate it quickly with his "permission".

I am sure whatever you are able to do will surprise them and make this trip even more magical then they had thought possible.
