Hello, Wasif!
Welcome aboard! It is so nice to have you sailing with us. Booking a cruise is very exciting, but I'm glad that you're doing some research first to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
Having the correct passport and travel documentation is critical to a successful cruise, and many countries do require an entry visa, depending on your country of citizenship. Guests are ultimately responsible for making sure they have the correct documentation, but I do have some recommendations for you.
First, visit this page and find the section for "The Bahamas, Caribbean, Pacific Coast, Bermuda or Canada – Round Trip Cruises" if those are the itineraries you plan to sail. For citizens of countries besides the USA and Canada, there are a couple of helpful links to determine what visas you may need. It's recommended that you reach out to the consulate of the country you wish to visit for additional information.
You may also
contact Disney Cruise Line by phone and ask for Embarkation Guest Services. Those Cast Members will be the best equipped to help you make sure everything is in place for your visit. We don't want you to discover any unexpected waves when it's time to set sail!
Once you have your travel documents taken care of it's time to start planning the fun stuff!
Disney Castaway Cay is one of my very favorite destinations. Beautiful beaches, plenty of
Port Adventures, and lots of ice cream are waiting for you! If you've never tried
Parasailing then that is definitely the excursion that I would recommend. It's so relaxing and you'll have a stunning view of the island as you soar through the air. Just like using pixie dust to fly!
I hope this information sets you on the right course for your cruise, Wasif. Happy sailing!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
