    Is Painting on da Bayou available at Port Orleans? If so, what time does it take place and how do we register?

    Hello and welcome back to planDisney, Lauren!

    I have always wanted to experience Painting on de’ Bayou at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter; hopefully, that will someday become a reality. Unfortunately, this painting experience has not reopened. 

    Even with that disappointing news, a painting experience alternative is available at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The experience is called Colors of Coronado Painting Experience and is held every Friday from 1:00 - 3:00 PM. In addition, did you know that you can also create a Disney-themed Spanish Mosaic Art keepsake at the Barcelona Lounge at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in the Gran Destino Tower? If availability exists, you can make those reservations online. If the date you have in mind is full, keep checking back, as availability can occur anytime the closer you get to the desired date. I love that you can walk away from these experiences with a piece of art you created. Now, that is my kind of souvenir.
