    We paid for our trip and then had to take someone off the reservation. The email I received shows a $400 credit. What happens to that money?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Pamela!

    On a past trip, we had a tight budget and decided to switch from a Deluxe Disney Resort hotel to a Moderate Disney Resort hotel and the savings were placed back onto the credit card with which we made the payment. I would assume that the same would happen in your case and I would verify your credit card statement to see if the adjustments were made. If you happen to have paid with a Disney Gift Card, then I suggest contacting Disney Reservations to inquire about the reimbursement. 

    Remember that by using My Disney Experience, you can make your Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ selections, and pre-purchase all of your vacation photos with the Memory Maker service!
