Hi Greg! Welcome to planDisney.
I'm sorry you were unable to visit Disneyland Resort as you had planned. Sometimes life gets in the way and we have to adjust, but it can be very disappointing.
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. But the good news is your ticket doesn't need to go to waste just because you weren't able to use your theme park reservation on the day you planned. To enter the theme parks you need a valid admission
ticket and a
park reservation. As long as your ticket hasn't expired and is unused, you can reschedule your theme park reservation for a future date. Check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure the park of your choice is available on your desired date. You can make a new reservation on the
Disneyland mobile app under "Make a Park Reservation" or sign into your Disneyland account
online and navigate to "Ticket and Reservation Details" in the "My Disneyland" menu.
I hope you're able to reschedule soon! There is going to be festive décor, merchandise, treats, and experiences to check out very soon with the
Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort. Maybe you can plan your visit to coincide!
