    I paid for a package hotel(swan) and park hopper tickets. The hotel shows up in the my Disney app but when I try and log o the tickets they say they are already linked but I can’t make park reservations and I do not see them in the app??

    It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney! I can imagine you're getting ready for all the magic that awaits you when you enjoy your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! 

    I'm excited for you that you'll be enjoying a stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. It sounds like you're able to view your Resort hotel reservation in your My Disney Experience App, but not your theme park tickets. You likely gave this a try, but I'll mention it just the same. You should be able to view your tickets in the mobile app by tapping the app's main menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right corner) and then tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile.

    Hopefully you're able to see your theme park tickets display as expected to make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. If not, I have another thought that comes to mind that I'll share. 

    It's helpful to know that because the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is considered a third-party hotel, some of the planning steps can be a bit different than when you book a stay with a Resort hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection.

    For example, I recently chatted with a Cast Member who shared a tip and suggestion for Guests booking a vacation package at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and noted that it can take up to 72 hours for everything to become linkable. The suggestion in this case is to contact the Walt Disney World Resort Website Support team and get assistance with linking tickets to help make theme park reservations. 

    You can contact the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member with the Website Support team who can assist you with linking tickets. You can also reach out by using the chat service online, or by using the "Chat with Us" feature that you can select from the main menu in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
