    Paid for Memory Maker re a previously cancelled trip. Did not ask for refund re MM. Cannot seem to find it now in my profile/account. Where do I look?

    I have also had to change travel plans due to the pandemic, and the Memory Maker entitlement I purchased last year is right there in my Disney account, just waiting to capture pixie-dusted memories! To view your Memory Maker entitlement, sign in to your Disney account, visit Tickets & Memory Maker, and scroll down to find your Memory Maker purchase. If you cannot locate your Memory Maker entitlement, please call (407) 560-4300 for assistance. Be sure to have the order confirmation number sent to your e-mail handy when you call.
