Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder Update given a few months ago. You can find so much information on this webpage about how Pro Rata refunds will take place. To save you time, I actually called Annual Passholder Member Services at 714-781-7277 for you and spoke to a very helpful Cast Member! She said if you send an
email through the Help Center, a Cast Member would most definitely respond to your question.
I did want you to know that when I called Annual Passholder Member Services this afternoon, I waited MAYBE one minute for a Cast Member to answer. I wanted to share my encouraging experience with you so that you know making a phone call might be your best and fastest way to find an answer to your question.
