    I have paid for Disney tickets and reserved the parks for an upcoming trip. I may cancel due to the fact that the governor has done nothing about the virus in Florida. Can I get my money back or can I get a credit. How long is the credit for?

    Due to the unprecedented circumstances, we are living in, many Walt Disney World Resort guests are having to question if and when it would be a safe time for them to pay a visit. You are certainly not alone, as many others are going through the same predicament! Rest assured that canceling a Walt Disney World vacation is as easy as it has ever been. 

    When it comes to Park Pass Reservations, those can be easily canceled via your My Disney Experience Account. Disney Theme Park Tickets remain in your account as well until their expiration date, provided they remain unused. If your expiration date is near and/or you feel you may not be able to visit by that date, simply contact Disney Reservations, and they can explain the options to you. Typically, they will be able to refund the price paid for these tickets and help you purchase tickets for a future date. If you do not have a date in mind, I recommend asking for a date as far out as possible, therefore giving yourself the most flexibility.
