Hello! I paid for Disney sweet hearts ticket through PayPal using pay in 4. Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend anymore and would need to cancel and refund the amount I paid. How do I proceed?

Please allow me to welcome you to planDisney!

I’m sorry that you and your Sweetheart will no longer be attending Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite, but tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot use your wholly unused ticket, you are welcome to give it away to someone else who can attend in your place.

I do recommend that the person receiving the ticket links it to their Disneyland Mobile App. Please instruct them to visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the App and tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add each ticket. They’ll have the option to scan the ticket barcode or manually enter the numbers.

And, don't forget to let them know that any photos captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers during the event are available for download up to 45 days after the event at no additional charge.

I’m sure you are disappointed you won’t be able to enjoy the celebration. But, there’s always next year!
