I paid for my disney reservation via gift cards. i need to cancel. How will the deposit be handled?

    Hi, Dustin!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with us. I'm very sorry you will have to cancel your trip to the Disneyland Resort, and I hope you can go soon!

I'm glad to share that the Disneyland Resort will refund your deposit to the same Disney Gift Cards you used. The same happened to me a few months ago, and it worked perfectly!

If you already have tickets, you can also apply the amount paid for a wholly unused, expired ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket.

I hope this helps you handle this cancellation and plan an extraordinary trip in the future. Please let us know if you have any questions; we will be delighted to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
