    We have just paid for our Disney hotel and park tickets and are trying to link them on the app but when we enter the reference number it keeps asking for it again. Is there another number we need to be given please?

    Welcome to planDisney!  We're so very glad you've stopped by with such an important question for us to help you with today.  As the current UK-based Panelist, it will be my absolute delight to have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a Guest from the beautiful "Rock" of Gibraltar! 

    Thanks so much for sharing with planDisney that you've already been busy planning your jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.  By opting to stay in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you and lovely your family really will be staying within the heart of all the Disney magic as each Resort is so wonderfully themed with clever designs and accompanying atmosphere.

    It's super-smart to link your Disney Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account because in doing so you will then be able to go ahead and make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your intended Disney days.

    Although of course, I'm not half as magical as the real Fairy Godmother, I would like to see if with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo I could offer some assistance to help you successfully link your Will Call eTicket vouchers to your My Disney Experience account!

    Please do take a peek at these magical instructions -  

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers) 

    Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you should now be all set with your Disney Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account!  However, if this is not the case and you're still finding things a little tricky, my next option would be for you to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account.

    To connect with a tech-savvy Cast Member, please dial either the European freephone number for the Europe-based Walt Disney Travel Company contained within this handy Contact Us link. 

    Or if you prefer, it's always possible to dial the USA number for My Disney Experience & MagicBands contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Prior to dialling either phone number, Rowena, you'll want to be sure to have all your Disney booking reference numbers and any other pertinent details close to hand.
