Hi Janet,
Thanks for dropping by planDisney with a great question! Hooray for booking a
vacation package at the Walt Disney World Resort!
If you booked a vacation package, when you linked the confirmation number, both the resort hotel and theme park tickets should have linked. Let's double-check those tickets. Log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, scroll down and look for the tab on the left that says Tickets & Memory Maker. Or, open the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and then click on Tickets and Passes. If your tickets are still not visible, then you will need to
contact a Cast Member in Website Support.
Once you get those tickets linked, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. If you decide to cancel any park pass reservations to try to make different ones, be sure to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar prior to canceling. We just got back from doing a split stay at Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. We had such a good time, but I have to stress the importance of having
advanced dining reservations. These turned out to be such a great opportunity to take a break from the heat. Even though the weather might be a bit cooler during your visit, we have also traveled in late fall/early winter and the days have been really warm.
Janet, I trust that you will find or get those theme park tickets linked. Once you do, keep up the fantastic planning. Keep an eye on the
operational updates to note any new dining or theme park experiences that are reopening. We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
