If I paid the deposit $200 and something happened can I change my order? Either number of people or hotel?

    Hi Brenda,

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney! It sounds like you’re in the beginning stages of planning your vacation, so please know that we will be here for you to answer any questions you have throughout the process!

Brenda, according to the Walt Disney Travel Company Terms and Conditions, you should be able to make some changes to your current travel plans. Changing your hotel is subject to availability, and you are responsible for any change in price resulting from changing your current vacation package. Changes made less than 30 days prior to your arrival are also subject to a $50.00 change fee per package.

To make these changes, I suggest calling and speaking to a Cast Member. They will be more than happy to discuss availability for changing your Resort plans, as well as help with changing the Guest count.

You didn’t mention when you are visiting, but I must share that Disney Parks Blog just announced the dates for the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! This festival is referred to as a “feast for the senses” because it features art in musical, artistic, and culinary forms. The festival will run from January 12, 2024 through February 19, 2024, and if you have a chance to visit, I highly recommend it!

I hope this helps with your planning, Brenda. As I said earlier, we are here at planDisney if you have any questions as you continue to plan your vacation!
