I paid a deposit for my next cruise on my last Disney cruise and I remember that I’d get a percentage off my next cruise. I was wondering how to apply that discount to my cruise i want to plan

    Hello there, Jessica!

Woohoo! I'm so excited for you. You have the excellent opportunity to enjoy another magical vacation aboard the Disney Cruise Line.

To book a new cruise and apply the discount associated with your placeholder reservation as part of your onboard booking, you will need to call the Disney Cruise Line directly. When you speak with a Cast Member on the phone, let them know that you have a placeholder reservation that you would like to convert to a regular reservation and include the discount. Or, if you booked your previous cruise through a travel agent and your placeholder reservation is associated with that travel agent, you would need to contact your travel agent to request the conversion of your placeholder reservation.

Note that blockout dates may apply to onboard bookings for discounted rates. Concierge and suites are also excluded from the discount offer. If you do happen to want to book a cruise on a blockout date or in an excluded stateroom category, you would still be able to apply your deposit to that cruise. Only the discount offer would not be available for those few sailings or staterooms. For your reference, here is a link to the Onboard Offer Terms and Conditions.

I wish I had known about the amazing onboard offer during my family's first Disney Cruise Line vacation. To be honest, we didn't expect to ever cruise again after that first experience. After listening to our children gush over how much they loved the experience and reminiscing on our fabulous time as adults, we decided that Disney cruises are among our favorite ways to vacation. We have decided that we will be making a placeholder reservation on all of our future cruises.

I hope you have a magical time, Jessica. Please visit us again a planDisney if there is anything else we can do to help you have the best Disney cruise experience possible.

    Happy sailing!
