    What should I do if I paid for airport transportation through the Disney website but MEARS didn’t send a confirmation email and has no record of a reservation?

    Hi Hannah, and welcome to planDisney!

    The convenience of using MEARS Connect for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort can not be beat! Once you arrive at the Orlando International Airport, collect your baggage (if you checked them) and proceed to Terminal B, Level 1. Greet the representative and allow them to scan your boarding pass and then you are on your way.

    I recently utilized the services of Mears Connect and was sent a confirmation a couple of days before my arrival date and the boarding pass the day before. Because there is no record of your reservation, I recommend calling (407) 939-1936 and speaking with a cast member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to confirm the reservation is included. If it is, Mears Connect will make contact with you closer to your arrival date.
