I can relate to rescheduling your Walt Disney World Resort vacation because I have been there before! It is never a happy experience, but the good news is another visit will be scheduled again at some point in the future.

I understand your concern regarding the amount you paid for your tickets during the Thanksgiving holiday. Disney’s theme park tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. However, there is some flexibility when it comes to changing the date of your unused tickets. You can reschedule your visit for June and utilize the value of the tickets you purchased. You can make those changes in your My Disney Experience account. In addition, if you have additional questions about your theme park tickets, you can call (407) 939-1289 and speak with a cast member or check with Guest Relations at the theme parks.
