I am so very glad that you found us. Helping Guests with their questions about their upcoming trip to the magic is what we do best. I am sure your vacation will be here before you know it, so let's go over how to find your balance and process any payments that you may need to make.
All of this information can be found on the
Walt Disney World website. Once you are on the site, you will need to log in to
My Disney Experience. If you do not have an account yet, you can easily create one in minutes. Be sure to link your current reservation to this account. If you have not completed this step yet, you will do so under the "My Plans" tab of the drop-down menu. You will see a blue hotel icon and under it, an option titled "Link a Reservation". Enter the requested information and your plans will be linked in no time at all. Now that you are all set up in My Disney Experience, you should be able to view your balance information. The "My Plans" page will have all of this data for you. Scroll down the page until you see your hotel reservation. You should see the resort name, confirmation number, and remaining balance with a link titled "Make a Payment". You can select this link to proceed with any online payment you would like to make. If you cannot access this information, you may want to reach out to a friendly Cast Member. You can contact the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at (407) 939-1936.
It should be noted that if you booked your vacation package or resort hotel room with a travel professional, you will not see your balance in My Disney Experience. You will need to reach out to your planner directly to process payments.
