How can get a packet o’ information about WDW sent to me? With magazines, pamphlets, maps, and brochures? Thanks 😎👍

    Hi Matthew,

    Welcome to planDisney!

At this time, there aren’t any physical resources mailed out to guests, but Hakuna Matata, I'll give you a few digital resources that will help you prepare!

It looks like you’ll be arriving to the Walt Disney World Resort in about a month, so I suggest checking out this Visitor’s Guide first. It's a great resource because you can see all the Theme Parks on one page and explore which might be best for you and your party. You can also view attractions by categories like “First Time Visitors”, “Thrill Seekers”, and “Little Ones”.

Next, you’ll want to download the My Disney Experience mobile app. It’s like having the entire Walt Disney World Resort in the palm of your hand! You’ll be able to view Theme Park maps, purchase Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes, use GPS to guide you throughout the Resort, and even mobile order at select restaurants. You’ll want to download the app very soon so you’re comfortable with all its features. Once you’re on property, remember that you can always pick up a physical map at the entrance of the Theme Park. If you have questions about anything, please speak to a Cast Member from Guest Services or the Guest Experience Team!

If you already have your Theme Park tickets, make sure to book your Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time, you need both a Theme Park ticket and Disney Park Pass for each member of your party for every day you enter the Theme Parks. Once the tickets are linked in your My Disney Experience mobile app, you’ll be able to make your reservations. I suggest making the Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible so you can start planning.

Finally, check out the planDisney Video Library to learn more about the Walt Disney World Resort. You can also take a look at the Disney Parks Blog for the latest and greatest news!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you plan for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any further planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
