    In some of the packages that are available, it says that there is a refillable mug for each guest. Does this mean that the mugs are refillable free of charge or is it that the mug alone is free? Silly question but my family drinks alot :)

    Hi Wendy!

         No question is too silly for us!  However, your question is far from silly and I can easily see how you would be confused.  If your family purchases one of the dining plans that offers a resort refillable mug, the mug AND the refills are included.  The mugs can only be used at your resort and not at the parks; however, the value is wonderful.  Honestly, I recommend them to everyone -even if you pay full price for them.  They can be used for everything from hot chocolate to Coke Zero.  Bottoms up!
