Greetings, and welcome to
planDisney, Alicia!
A
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package is the very best way to vacation at
The Happiest Place on Earth and staying onsite or nearby at a Good Neighbor Hotel will add great convenience to your stay, that's wise planning on your part, Alicia, well done!
Alicia, I would like you to sign into your Disney account to double-check if your vacation package is linked by accessing
My Hotel Reservations in the dropdown beneath the
My Disneyland planning area on the top right of the website. If you sign in and see your hotel, theme park tickets and Theme Park Reservations for all in your travel party, including your daughter, then all will be in place for your pre-registration for Disneyland’s Disability Access Service (DAS).
If you do not see your plans, then using the vacation package confirmation number, please access
My Hotel Reservations to enter it which will then link your reservation. From that point, you will be prompted to make your
Theme Park Reservations for each day of valid admission for all in your travel party on the vacation package.
Once this is complete, you can proceed with the
Disability Access Service (DAS) pre-registration online, through a virtual chat with the DAS Advance anywhere from 2 days to 30 days before your arrival. Or, if you wish, upon your arrival, and with a Theme Park Reservation, you can visit the City Hall in Disneyland Park, or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park to speak with a Cast Member regarding the DAS accommodation for your daughter. As soon as registration is complete, and you are in a theme park, the DAS accommodation will appear in the Disneyland App.
To request a DAS arrival window, the registered DAS Guest or anyone in their DAS travel party may self-select an arrival window using the app, or at an attraction entrance, or at a Guest Experience Team Kiosk. Please remember that the DAS Guest needs to be present when redeeming the accommodation at an experience.
Alicia, for any further questions, my best advice would be to contact
Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to disability.services@disneyland.com. Tips:Consider also using the
Disney Genie+ service by purchasing it as soon as you enter a theme park using the
Disneyland App – the service will save you time waiting in lines, plus you’ll enjoy unlimited
Disney PhotoPass digital photos from your day.
By linking your vacation package to your Disney account you will facilitate the electronic delivery of your Travel ePackage (itinerary, tickets and Magical Extras voucher) to your Disney account 4-days before your arrival. You will be able to access your Travel ePackage via
My Hotel Reservations in your Disney account online or via the Disneyland App.
It was my pleasure assisting you, Alicia, please stop by planDisney for any other first-hand advice, we are here for you!
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
