Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for submitting your question! The planning process is one of my favourite parts of a Disney vacation, so I am thrilled to be answering your question today. I see that your vacation is coming up relatively soon, you must be so excited! I know I would be!
Now let's make some theme park reservations! I am sorry you are having some issues, but we are in this together! First, you will want to make sure that your vacation package is linked to your
My Disney Experience account, as you will need valid theme park admission to make a reservation. After booking your package, you should have received a confirmation number. You should then be able to log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans." If you scroll down the page, you should be able to click on a blue bar that says "Add More Plans" and then click on "Link Reservations and Purchases." Here you can write your confirmation number and
link your package to your account.
Now that your package and valid theme park admission are linked, you should be able to
make park reservations! I recommend first looking at the
availability of reservations for your desired dates to make sure you can go to the parks you want. If you have any other issues making theme park reservations or linking your tickets, you can always
reach out to a Guest Relations Cast Member via chat, email or phone and they will be able to help you. Guest Relations Cast Members truly are the best and I always reach out to them when I need help!
