Your vacation is right around the corner! With just about a month and a half ago, I hope you and your family are starting to get excited.
The Walt Disney World Resort has a new “
Book with Confidence” policy allowing Guests just like you to enjoy peace of mind with a flexible cancellation policy for arrivals through the end of 2020. If you booked through the Walt Disney World Resort directly, Disney is waiving change and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations through December 31, 2020. For any change and cancellations, you can either chat with a Cast Member at the Disney Reservation Center or by
calling the reservation line. If you didn’t book through Disney directly, you would have to contact your travel professional for any changes/cancellations.
Since your magical vacation is coming up real soon, I highly recommend making any Dining reservations in advance of your stay. If you haven’t already, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations using the
Disney Park Pass reservation system. Lastly, make sure to have the
My Disney Experience app loaded on your phone. You can use the app to check-in online, stay up to date with Theme Park operating hours, manage your reservations, unlocking your Resort hotel room door, and even taking advantage of
Mobile Food Ordering at many dining locations.
