    Welcome to planDisney, Isabel!

One of my favorite pastimes is nosing around the Walt Disney World website, window-shopping for another visit. Let's look at some options for you!

First, head to WDW's website and select Disney Resort hotels from the tab near the top that's titled Places to Stay. You can enter your date of arrival, how many adults and kids will be going, and then add filters such as price range and resort location. For my family, we tend to visit one of the parks more frequently than the others depending on who is with us, so if we can, we'll try to select a hotel that's closer to that park.

Another very helpful filter is Resort Category. You'll be able to remove categories that aren't right for you and focus on finding your home-away-from home more easily. With options such as Deluxe Villas, Moderate Resort Hotels, Value Resort Hotels, plus several others, you may be surprised at the variety of price points, amenities, and locations WDW has to offer. Like Cinderella's glass slipper, find the one that's the perfect fit.

Once you've chosen a hotel and entered the specifics for your trip, you'll be able to select "Package". For example, check out your room options at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and note which packages are available. At times, there may be Special Offers, Packages and More that may be perfect for you as well, so be sure to take a look!

As for theme park tickets, Isabel, you'll have the option to choose which type you'd like as you are building your package online. For example, if you have a 1 Park Per Day 4-Day ticket, that allows you to visit one park on each of 4 days. However, you can choose to upgrade that to include the Park Hopper Option. This option allows you to enter all four parks on all four days, park hopping if you'd like! There are some trips where we want to start in one park, then finish the day in another. On those trips, we add the Park Hopper. For others, we may be planning to stay in just one park all day. In those cases, no Park Hopper option needed.

Isabel, as you explore all of the combinations for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
