I chatted with a friendly Cast Member to see what options may be available for your particular situation. With a
Disneyland Vacation Package, they kindly shared that if you are between 29-5 days before your arrival, you can make a change to the name on the reservation. There could be a fee if any adjustments are made to the type of room booked or the length of stay. For cancellations made 4 days or less prior to arrival, the full price of the package is not refundable. I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member at the
phone line for Vacation Packages (+1 (714) 520-5060) for assistance in walking you through your options.
Hopefully, you will be able to get things resolved so you can start making plans for your magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. The
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort are set to arrive later this week on November 10th and you will be able to enjoy all of the festivities. I also highly recommend downloading the
Disneyland app upon your arrival. This is a handy tool that I use during each of my visits to the Disneyland Resort. In the app, you will find a map of the resort, attraction wait times, a feature to
mobile order food and beverage and so much more!
