My Disney Experience can really enhance our holiday by keeping all our plans in one place, and enabling us to make dining and
Fastpass+ reservations, view our PhotoPass pictures and videos, order our MagicBands and connect Family & Friends to our account in order for us to link our reservations. I have investigated this, and had it confirmed that until you are at your 60-day mark, if you try to access the FastPass+ page you will receive an error message. As soon as you are within your 60 days (or 30 days if you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel) you can access all the details and make your FastPass+ selections. Please ensure that you link all of your travelling party now, through Family & Friends, so you all are set to go when the time comes. You can start selecting at 7.00am ET (which is 12.00 midday in the UK), and I would recommend that you are ready to make your choices on the dot of midday. In the unlikely event that you continue to experience difficulties when making your FastPass+ reservations, please call this freephone UK number: 0800 028 0778, to speak with the My Disney Experience team, as they will need to speak with you personally and will require your booking reservation number.
