How do I have a package delivered to a disney resort for a guest ? How far in advance can it be delivered and where does the guest pick it up? Does there need to be special instruction on the outside of the package?

    Hi there Karin,

I have shipped many packages to The Walt Disney World Resort.  Some for myself and some for other friends who were visiting.  It's really simple.  You'll need to be sure to have the resort address handy (if you write back to me with your resort name, I will happily respond with the address).  Just be sure to have the guest's name and arrival date notated on the box.  You can have it delivered prior to the guest's arrival as long as that check-in date is notated on the package.  The box will be held at the desk and arrival of the box will be notated in the guest's profile.  When the addressee arrives to check-in, the computer will show that there is a package waiting!  If the package arrives after check-in, the guest will be called to notify him that there is a package waiting at the front desk or bell services!

Here is an example of how the package should be addresses:

    GUEST John Doe (Arrives 5/15/2015 - 5/23/2015)
    c/o NAME OF YOUR RESORT
    12345 Mickey Mouse Way
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 12345

Hope this helps, Karin, and as I mentioned earlier, please write back if you cannot locate the resort's address.

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
