Welcome to planDisney, Shannon!
There’s a whole new world to see for Christmas season at Walt Disney World Resort. With festive fireworks, holiday parades, and spectacular Christmas trees, there’s something there that wasn’t there before. Make sure you experience EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. A magical walk around World Showcase at Christmastime proves it really is a small world after all. Oh, and definitely don't miss the Candlelight Processional. This awe-inspiring show will maximize your festive cheer.
When it comes to vacation package deals and/or discounts, I'd encourage you to keep checking the
special offers, deals & discounts page on the Walt Disney World website. It's also worth bearing in mind that "the more you play, the less you pay per day." In other words, the more days you visit the Theme Parks, the greater the discount on your tickets. Here's a tip too: you'll save some pennies if you visit in late November/early December rather than late December. If you call and
speak to a friendly Cast Member, they'll be able to help you plan your vacation. You can even let them know what your budget is and they can find something that meets your needs.
Now I’m all about makin’ memories (and I’m sure you are too). So let me suggest some must-see experiences: Head over to Main Street, USA in Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park. When I visited this past December, I was enchanted by the decorations, the merry music, and even the Florida “snow”! I also had the pleasure of attending
Disney Very Merriest After Hours. What a night! Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade was breathtaking and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show was an explosion of Disney joy! Keep an eye out for any special events for Christmas 2023.
The Christmas season is the most magical time of the year. And there’s no place better to celebrate than
The Most Magical Place on Earth.
See ya real soon, Shannon!
