    I have my package confirmation number, but I can´t make my theme park reservation, it tells me that the number is invalid. I´m worried I can´t get a reservation on the days planning to visit, I´ve already purchased my plan ticket.

    Hello, Alirina! Welcome to plan Disney, where it would be my pleasure to help you troubleshoot the planning of your next Disney vacation. As you are already aware, each Resort Guest needs a Park Pass Reservation plus a valid Theme Park ticket for each day they wish to visit a Theme Park. You will need to get your Vacation Package linked to your My Disney Experience account to book Park Passes. 

    Regarding getting the package booked, I would like to recommend a few options. First, be sure that you are entering the correct confirmation number. For example, if you booked through a third-party vendor, you may have been sent more than one confirmation number. Double-check the number for accuracy and try again on a different browser. Lastly, if the above does not help resolve the issue, call Disney Reservations at  (407) 939-4357, where Cast Members are standing by, ready to help!
