    We have a package booked at the B Resort and Spa in a few weeks. We purchased theme park tickets with our package. Will we receive our tickets in the mail prior to arrival or will we receive them upon arrival?

    Hi Megan, 

    The beautiful "B Resort & Spa" is a Disney Springs area hotel which is located near Walt Disney World Resort. However, it is not an official Disney Resort hotel. Therefore, I am not familiar with their specific policies. However, I gave their guest services staff a call to inquire about your question. I was informed that you will receive your park tickets at the front desk when you check-in to the resort. They do not mail their tickets, in an attempt to avoid having them get lost in transit. 

    I hope you have a wonderful time on your upcoming Disney vacation! Be sure to leave several evenings free to explore and enjoy all that Disney Springs has to offer!
