package + basic dining plan, 4 nights, 5 days. have 4 table service ADR's, however I would like to make one more to pay out of pocket. Which is better/cheaper/more for the money, Cape May Cafe B or Rainforest cafe lunch?

Hi Felicia! To answer this question to best fit your needs it would be good to know where you are staying and what your plans are for the day. My family loves to stay in the Boardwalk area and when we do we always book the Cape May Cafe Character breakfast. The food buffet is good with many choices and the seating is spread out enough so you aren't on top of each other.  The characters come and go from your table and you can time eating when there is a gap in their rotation. All in all we find this breakfast a great way to start the day in a relaxed yet fun environment.

If you are planning to be either in Downtown Disney or Animal Kingdom for the day then the Rainforest Cafe is a good choice. It is not my favorite restaurant but kids do love the action going on around them. There is often a wait but there are things to see outside to keep their attention.

My vote is Cape May Cafe where you can eat and eat and eat until you can't eat any more. Buffets are the best value for the buck when dining at Disney and I just love this character dining experience and location.
