My e package is arriving 2 days before my motel reservation. Is it supposed to be 4 days?

Hi there Cynthia!  Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your great question!

There are two types of vacation packages available for Guests to conveniently bundle their hotel stay together with their theme park tickets!  We love to book a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package and stay at one of the beautiful Disneyland Resort Hotels.  We love the easy access to the Downtown Disney District, as well as access to early entry to a designated theme park each day!

Our family has had plenty of great stays at several of the Good Neighbor Hotels, and we love that so many are within walking distance to the Disneyland Resort.  The Disney-approved Good Neighbor Hotel Vacation Packages are another great option for families to explore.

According to the terms and conditions of both types of vacation packages, your travel ePackage which includes your theme park tickets, travel itinerary, and voucher for Magical Extras will be delivered electronically to your linked MyDisney account 3 days prior to your arrival.  If for some reason you do not see those appear in your account a few days prior to your trip, I'd reach out to a helpful Cast Member via the Vacation Packages Guest Services line.

I like to double check that my hotel reservation is all set in the Disneyland app prior to my trip.  You can navigate to the three horizontal bar line menu in the bottom right-hand corner and then scroll down to "Hotel Reservations."  You should then see your hotel reservation appear along with a fun digital countdown until your magical vacation!  You will also see the details of your trip including when your Travel ePackage will be delivered as well as a link to make your theme park reservations if you have not already.  Each theme park ticket will need a corresponding theme park reservation to be able to enter either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.

I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip, Cynthia!  Please do not hesitate to come back and ask me any other questions, I'm here to help!

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
