Can you get a package for air and tickets to the theme parks thru Disney without staying at a DIsney Resort? I know you can't do the meal/dining plan unless you are staying at a Disney Resort, but I didn't know about theme park tickets and air. Thanks!

    Hi Laura!

Airfare can only be purchased through Walt Disney Travel company as part of a Magic Your Way Package, which requires a minimum 1 night stay and 1 day base ticket.  When you purchase airfare as part of a Magic Your Way Package, the full cost of of your airfare will be due at the time of booking your package. I'm a mom that is always looking for the best deals, I often find that I can purchase airfare separately for a great price.   A little tip that I learned over the years is that most airlines will publish deals on Tuesdays and I even have a separate email account to sign up for newsletters from each airline.  Often you will see flash sales that can give you a huge savings off the cost of airfare.

I hope this was helpful, Laura!  Please let visit me again if you have any other questions or need advice on planning your next Walt Disney World vacation.

    Happy Planning!
