Well, that is odd! I am sorry to know that you are having difficulty
linking your
vacation package in your
My Disney Experience account. Since you booked this package through a travel agency, you will need to double-check with that agency to find out if there was some other way you were supposed to link those
theme park tickets.
The travel agency will have to make sure your tickets are connected with your purchase and then correctly linked to your account. When I booked through AAA Travel for our first trip, I was happy with the support they provided in the planning process. But then I learned more about planning vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort and was able to manage the reservations myself. I also like to make our
Disney Park Pass system and
advanced dining reservations. I do hope that you are able to resolve this issue soon. As soon as those tickets are linked, you will need to make those park reservations. Keep an eye on the
theme park availability calendar as you get those tickets linked.
