We must pack my sons food due to food allergies. I've seen posts with the topic of 'Freezer Packs' that Bell Services allows you to use their freezer to keep freezer packs frozen overnight to have for use the next day?

    Hello, Maggie!

My Mouseketeer takes a medication that needs to be kept cold so we must also bring a freezer pack with us in our park bag. We have found that the folks at Bell Services are fantastic and eager to help us whenever we need to freeze one of our freezer packs. Keep in mind that although you are welcome to bring your own food to the theme parks and water parks for your Mouseketeer, restaurants cannot store, cook or reheat your food. Each theme park has a Baby Care Center where you can find a microwave, oven and a sink to heat-up your Mousketeer's meals.

If you plan to dine at one of the table service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend you contact the Special Dietary Requests team at least 14 days before your arrival. This team will be able to offer assistance for your Mousketeer's specific food allergies. My fellow Moms Panelist Crystal has a young Mouseketeer with multiple food allergies, and I have been so impressed with the chefs that have made some incredibly delicious and safe meals for him to enjoy. You can email the Special Diets Team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.

I hope this helps with your planning. Please visit us again should you have other questions about your upcoming visit!

    Have a magical day!
