What should I pack for a 4 day stay at the parks during the end of July? What should I pack for a 7 day stay in Orlando?

    Hi Joemar,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Packing is one of my least favorite things to do but I love to discuss it!

    We always pack the following:

    • medications
    • clothes appropriate for the weather - it will be hot! Include at least one nicer outfit if you plan to dine at a signature restaurant
    • tennis shoes, walking shoes, flip flops
    • rain ponchos and umbrellas
    • lightweight sweater
    • backpack for the parks (we keep rain ponchos, umbrellas and snacks in the backpack)
    • snacks
If you have little ones traveling with you, bring autograph books and princess dresses (if they want to dress like royalty while dining with princesses). If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel and have received your complimentary MagicBands, remember to keep those with you in your carry-on luggage. You will need them to board Disney's Magical Express at the airport. I also suggest that you have two pair of shoes you could wear in the parks. Occasionally we have gotten caught in a downpour and our shoes have gotten soaked. It helps to have another pair you can wear until the others dry!

Our family also makes sure we have games to play on our mobile devices. The games help pass the time while standing in lines in the theme parks. Remember to download the My Disney Experience mobile app. We use it to check wait times for attractions and to get directions while in the parks.

Joemar, I know you are going to have an amazing time at the Walt Disney World Resort. Safe travels!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
