Hello John, and welcome back to planDisney!
It's so fun to hear that you and your sister's lovely family are planning what's sure to be a jolly
August holiday together at Walt Disney World Resort. Having enjoyed several multi-generation family holidays myself at the most magical place on earth, I feel sure that yours will be truly supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
John, I'm pleased to share that planning via
My Disney Experience is made easy for families, and large groups as everyone can link up and plan together with the Family and Friends planning option. Additionally, upon arrival at her first Disney Theme Park, your dear sister and her children will be able to stop by
Guest Relations to register for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) which is designed for those Guests who find it tricky to tolerate the traditional queue environment for
Attractions at Walt Disney World Resort. And, for sure it'll be good to know that once registered for the Disability Access Service (DAS), registration lasts for up to 60 days!
John, I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted guidance for you today. If you, or indeed your dear sister have any additional questions for me, then please don't hesitate to pop back to
me here at planDisney. It's always an added pleasure for me to assist a fellow British Guest!
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
