Hi Becky,
Thanks for stopping by the
Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Even after many trips to Walt Disney World Resort, I can understand how you can be overwhelmed with so many options.
My first recommendation I make to friends and family is to start with a ball park budget, and then consider a
Magic Your Way Vacation Package, which includes
Theme Park Tickets, a stay at select Disney Resort hotels, and you can even add options like a
Disney Dining Plan. You can adjust the number of days and type of Resort hotel to fit your needs and budget.
If your younger one will be under the age of trip by the time of your trip, you can look for Resort hotels with capacity for up to five, since you will be able to get a portable crib for the little one. Besides most Deluxe Resorts, some moderate Resorts like
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside will be able to accommodate your family as well. And note that kids under the age of three do not require Theme Park Tickets, which can save you some decent Disney Dollars.
One last tip: make sure you check out the
Special Offers page, which typically have some great discounts. You may want to visit a travel agent that specializes in Disney, or simply contact a vacation planning specialist at (407) 939-1936. Happy planning.
Ricardo.
