I see that an overnight park in ng fee will be assessed at the value resort during my stay. I am planning to forego renting a car and instead use a ride share service to get from the airport to my Disney resort. How do I avoid being charged anyway?

    Hello, Patricia!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I already like the way you think, as I too usually rely on Disney Resort Transportation during my visits! The combination of buses, boats, the Monorail, the Disney Skyliner, and the Minnie Vans is perfect for every need, as most rides are as fun as attractions.

My mom and dad recently experienced their first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, and they didn't miss the car at all. He loved the Monorail, and she enjoyed taking the boat from Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to Magic Kingdom Park so much that she often took it three times a day!

You will only be charged for parking in you have a car at your Disney Resort hotel, so there is no need to worry. Just let the Cast Member at the front desk know that you don't have a parked car and you will be good to go!

I hope that you have the best time at the Walt Disney World Resort this January, Patricia! If more questions come up before the adventure starts, don't hesitate to come back. The Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help!

May the magic be with you,
