    The average daily low for the month of February in Orlando is 51 degrees, and the average high is 74 degrees.  Rainfall is generally not a problem during the month, as it is not during Florida's rainy season.  During February, you can definitely encounter cool, if not cold mornings and evenings, so if you are planning to visit at this time, be sure to pack a jacket, fleece, or whatever you prefer to keep you cozy.  You can also expect some warm afternoons, so I recommend dressing in layers, with the bottom layer consisting of short-sleeves in case the sun starts to blaze.
