Hi Jrayma,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your excellent question. You absolutely are allowed to bring food and drinks with you into the parks with a
few restrictions -- no glass except for baby food containers and no outside alcohol. On the page I linked here, you also will find the dimensions of allowable coolers.
I always like to have a few snacks in my bag -- usually protein bar or packets of cheese and crackers. You can go as far as to pack a whole meal or the fixings for sandwiches for your whole family. If you have a stroller, you may want to tuck a small cooler bag in the storage bin. Otherwise, you will want to think about how much you want to carry with you. You also have the option of tucking a larger, heavier bag of food in a
rental locker near the front of each park that you can retrieve when it's time to eat.
Please note that coolers are subject to security screening, as are your backpacks and other bags.
You also can bring bottles of water and other non-alcoholic drinks into the parks with you. Did you know that you can get a free cup of ice water at counter service restaurants? That's a great way to stay hydrated, save money and avoid carrying heavy bottles of water.
I hope that helps, Jrayma. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as you make your
Walt Disney World vacation plans. We're always here to share our experiences with guests like you. Enjoy!
Wilma
