Can outside food or drinks be brought into the parks?

    Hi Michael,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a great question!

We usually bring a few little snacks and water bottles with us whenever we set off for our Disney Day, so I’m thrilled to say that, yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks into any Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park or Water Park, provided you follow the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules

While trying to decide what kinds of food to bring, or containers to use, please remember that, among other things, the Rules state that you can’t bring any alcoholic beverages or use glass containers for any of your food and drinks. If you choose to bring a cooler, it also can’t be bigger than a certain size and can’t be filled with loose ice.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
