Hiya Nicole and welcome to planDisney. September is just a couple of weeks away and you are headed to the "place where dreams come true" at an excellent time of year. School is back in session and that means lower crowds for Guests hop on their magic carpets for a visit to Mickey and the rest of the Fab Five.
Disney's Value Resort Hotels (All-Star Resorts, Disney's Pop Century Resort, and Disney's Art of Animation Resort (not the family suites)) all have a similar layout. They were reimagined and have a clean modern feel with lots of upgrades. While there is no electrical outlet directly under the window there is one within 36 inches nearby on the wall, in the back of the beverage center above the mini refrigerator, or in some cases in a nook between the door and Murphy bed. Disney upgraded the rooms with multiple combo USB/electrical outlets so there is no need to worry about where to plug in anymore.
planDisney Pro Tip: If you do
Online Resort Check-In you will get a text when your room is ready. Once you receive the text, take a look on the
My Disney Experience app to see your room number and check where it is on a map. If you would like to be a little closer and still be in your room category (standard view, preferred room, pool view) go to the front desk before you enter the room. and kindly make the request.
Nicole, have the best time on your enchanted Disney adventure and please feel free to
write me back directly with any follow-up questions.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
