Hi, there!
Kristen, I'm so glad you can find time to spend a day at
Epcot while you're in Orlando for a wedding. There is so much to see and do and EAT at Epcot! You'll even be there at the perfect time to enjoy the Epcot International Festival of the Arts.
My best piece of advice is to arrive early to maximize your time in the park. You can view park hours for Epcot on the Walt Disney World Resort website. I suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to park opening.
There are plenty of attractions at Epcot that your whole family can enjoy together! Frozen Ever After, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros, Journey Into Imagination with Figment, Living with the Land, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, Spaceship Earth, and Turtle Talk With Crush are all attractions without height or age restrictions, so they are perfect for your three Mouseketeers. If your bigger kids want to ride attractions like Soarin' or Test Track, be sure to utilize
Disney's Rider Switch Service.
In terms of a touring plan, I suggest heading straight for the Norway pavilion in World Showcase first thing in the morning. You should be able to ride Frozen Ever After with little wait at this time of day. Then, work your way slowly through World Showcase before visiting Future World West and Future World East. End your day watching IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth!
Kristen, there are so many fantastic
dining options at Epcot, I can't begin to give you suggestions! I can tell you my family most loves Coral Reef Restaurant and San Angel Restaurante. You really can't go wrong!
Wishing you and your family a magical, memorable day at Epcot!
Ashley
