Hi, We'll be in Orlando this month on the 20th and 21st and then taking Disney Dream to Bahamas on the 22nd. I was wondering if people get any discounts in any of the Disney Resorts if they are taking the Disney Cruise? Thanks for this valuable forum!

    Hi Neeta,

Thanks for coming to the Moms Panel to ask your question.  We really do love answering questions and hoping that we've helped make someone's vacation a little easier!

At this time, there are no discounts being offered for use on a Disney cruise if you stay at a Disney resort.  In fact, Disney Cruise Line is no longer offering land and sea packages either.  They will book your cruise and add on park tickets and a resort stay, but even that (although very convenient) is more expensive than booking it separately.  The reason for this is that the cruise line won't be able to honor any discounts in dining or resort rates that may be going on in Walt Disney World at the time you are travelling.

I hope this helps Neeta.  Please let me know if you need any other questions answered.  I hope you have a fabulous trip!
