I am going to be in Orlando in June and plan to use an old ticket I purchased in the 1980’s. I know I need to go to guest relations to exchange it to go to Epcot for the day but how do I make a park reservation in advance using the old ticket ?

    Hey there, Sandie!

It's great to see you here at planDisney, and it's great to hear you're planning to spend a day playing in EPCOT while you're visiting Orlando.

If you have a previously purchased ticket and want to find out how best to use it, my suggestion is to call the Walt Disney World Ticketing team at (407)-566-4985. The friendly Cast Members on the Ticketing team can let you know what your options are for using your ticket. Once you get your theme park ticket issue addressed, you can link your ticket to My Disney Experience and then make your theme park reservation using the Disney Park Pass system. If you haven't done so already, you might find it helpful to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure that EPCOT has reservations available on the day you want to visit.

Sandie, did you know that the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be going on while you are there visiting? You'll definitely want to stroll among all of the Outdoor Kitchens and savor all their delicious and delectable offerings.

Here's wishing you a super fun day at EPCOT!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
