We are going to Orlando in June for a day and a half, but only doing Disney themed things. Debating on the best place for a fireworks event. A restaurant, dessert party at the park or a dessert boat ride? Is a park pass needed for the Fireworks parties?

Hi there, Pam! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending over your question regarding fireworks at Walt Disney World Resort!

Fireworks are a perfect way to end a magical day at Walt Disney World Resort! There’s just something about viewing these amazing displays with your loved ones that fills me with so much joy. Of course, adding desserts to the equation makes everything even better!

There are a variety of ways to make your fireworks experience even more magical at Walt Disney World Resort. Fireworks Dessert Parties are currently available at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These events invite Guests into the parks and offer a selection of desserts and drinks to be enjoyed before, during, or after the fireworks display. Guests will also be able to enjoy watching fireworks from exclusive, reserved viewing areas. Theme park admission is required for these events.

Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise and Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage take Guests onto Seven Seas Lagoon for an evening that’s sure to wow! Though the theming differs between these two adventures, both offer a unique view of Happily Ever After fireworks show and a variety of refreshments for Guests to enjoy. If you’d prefer to have a more intimate viewing experience, Speciality Cruises are available at both Epcot and Magic Kingdom. These cruises seat between eight to eighteen Guests and include an assortment of snacks and soft drinks. Theme park admission is not required for cruise events.

I hope this has given you some ideas for your upcoming stay!
