we are going to Orlando in July 2017 and I'm bring two grandchildren with us. ... ages 11 and 7 years of age. Wanted to know about height restriction for the roller coaster.

Hello Janette and thank you for bringing your valued question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
How exciting for you to be planning a magical vacation with your 2 darling grandchildren to Walt Disney World Resort this coming July, I can just imagine how excited you all must be about your Grandparent + Grandkids = A Grand Adventure trip!
A top tip for you is to go ahead right now and measure the height of both grandchildren before checking out all the individual Attractions height requirements; you can do this by following my previous link and clicking on the Height tab to see which Attractions will be most suitable.
Whilst enjoying your visit to any of the Disney Themed Parks you will find height requirements posted clearly near Attraction entrances or it's possible to seek the helpful advice of the nearest Cast Member.
You may also find these Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules and Wild About Safety links to be good planning resources.
    Have a great Disney day.
