Dean from Essex Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are in orlando for 17 days, have a 14 day ticket. There’s an 18 day window to use it from the 1st day you activate the ticket. does this mean you have to use it for the 14 days from day 1, or can you choose the days you go within the 18 day period?

    Hi Dean!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question to us so we can help you have the most magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort!

When you purchased your 14-Day Magic Ticket, you selected the first day of your ticket. From that date, you have 18 days to use your ticket. You do not need to use the ticket for 14 consecutive days. Remember, if you are visiting before January 9, 2024, you need to have theme park reservations to enter the theme parks.

On the days you aren’t visiting the theme parks, I recommend visiting Disney Springs or exploring your Disney Resort hotel. When you arrive to your Disney Resort, there should be a calendar of events near the Front Desk. This calendar will hold information about scheduled Movies Under the Stars, or arts and crafts available. Some activities may have an additional fee. And you can’t go wrong with visiting your Disney Resort hotel pool. I love seeing the theming of the pools at the Disney Resorts, and you can easily spend hours by the pool relaxing or playing.

Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Dean. If you have any other questions, you can find me here at planDisney!
