We will be in the Orlando area this Dec. We are unsure if we will visit the WDW parks at all this time because of the crowds but was wondering if we could attend the MVMCP with only a ticket to that? Then we would get to experience Christmas. Thoughts?

Hello Carmel and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a festive fun question!
I absolutely adore Christmastime and when it's combined with the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort I'm in total tinseltastic heaven! Which is why I can completely understand you wishing to visit Disney during your upcoming December trip to the Orlando area.
I'm happy to share that Guests sure can purchase tickets for select nights to enjoy Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which enables a visit to the Magic Kingdom Park from 7pm until midnight where Guests can experience the magical yuletide spirit and beautiful decorations, not to mention Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade and a Frozen Holiday Wish with Anna, Elsa and Olaf!
For a truly unforgettable Christmas experience you may be interested to hEar about the Ultimate Disney Christmas Package where Guests can choose a stay with Park Tickets & much more magic besides in selected Moderate or Deluxe Resorts or Deluxe Villa Resort for 5 nights from 21st - 26th December 2017.
